I’m Tanya

As a Registered Clinical Dietitian with more than 10 years of experience, I know that nutrition is about so much more than what we eat.

My work is shaped by both years of clinical practice and my own experience as a lymphoma survivor. Having been on the patient side of care, I understand how overwhelming, uncertain, and complicated health challenges can feel. That experience has deeply shaped how I work today, offering care that is clear, practical, and compassionate.

I believe nutrition support should feel manageable, not overwhelming. There are no extremes or rigid food rules here – just evidence-based guidance tailored to real life.

My approach is calm, structured, and realistic, helping people feel more confident around food, better supported through medically complex situations, and clearer on what actually matters for their health.

Outside of work, I’m usually enjoying good coffee, early mornings, staying active, spending time with my cats, and unapologetically saying yes to a bowl of pasta (because balance matters).

My philosophy is simple: nutrition should support your life, not take it over
